For order questions

Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not send payment-card information or passwords.

Send cancellation and address-change requests as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins. Contact us before sending any return.
